Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within Hometown Roofing & Restoration.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
Employer Branding: Promote Hometown Roofing & Restoration as an employer of choice through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or restoration industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
How You Will Help the Team:
We’re seeking a Sales Talent Specialist with a sales background to find and recruit quality salespeople. As a Sales Recruiter, you’ll be helping the team build our sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, screening, and selecting candidates that meet our company’s needs. We need someone passionate about hiring the right person. We also need someone who has the communication and storytelling ability to get people to see the life-changing opportunity of working at Hometown Roofing & Restoration. The right person will set proper expectations and excite people for the position, ensuring we only hire the best candidates to maintain our all-star team culture!
Additional Responsibilities:
Level up our recruiting with your skills and passion.
Conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
Communicate the company’s values, mission, and vision to potential candidates.
Use your communication skills and personality to effectively sell the right people.
Conduct reference checks.
Manage the hiring process and work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best candidate is selected for the job.
Appointment setting and cold calling as needed.
Participate in other recruitment and sales-related activities as required.
Create and maintain candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Proven sales results, preferably with experience in cold calling/appointment setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persuasive without coming across as “salesy”.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Able to adapt to lots of changes/innovation.
While previous recruitment experience is not required, a strong sales background is.
