Real Estate Agent Recruiter (Remote Position)

Compensation: Base plus Bonus

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with outbound appointment setter experience? We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our team remotely. This position offers a competitive base salary plus bonuses, presenting significant income potential for the right candidate.

We are looking for candidates with a background in recruitment (preferred but not required), a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and a proven track record in appointment setting. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and possess high energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for being part of a team and driving growth.

Key Traits we are seeking include being DRIVEN, assertive, urgent, decisive, thorough, sociable, accommodating, flexible, and self-structured. We need a closer who is persistent and possesses strong, assertive phone skills, capable of making 250+ outgoing calls per day.

As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will be responsible for making 250+ outbound calls to potential real estate agents daily, monitoring and tracking recruitment site registrations, and spending 80% of your day on the phone. Additionally, you will be maintaining a contact database, providing daily lead follow-up tracking, appointments, and conversion numbers.

Requirements:

– Superior phone skills and exceptional organizational skills.
– Access to a laptop and cell phone.
– Proficiency in using email and the Internet.
– Willingness to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Compensation: Hourly plus bonus
