As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting Virtual Assistants (VAs) with various skills in the Philippines to service our clients in the US. You will also assist in recruiting our expert team members. This role requires a dedicated individual looking for growth and longevity, with a strong background in human resources and recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruiting process for the Philippine market, from job posting to applicant screening, skill assessment, background verification, and ongoing management.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required skill sets and company culture.
Assist in recruiting expert team members for our SAAS business.
Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Conduct background checks and verify candidate information.
Provide ongoing management and support to recruited VAs.
Foster strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in human resources and recruiting, preferably within the Philippine market.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including job posting, applicant screening, skill assessment, background verification, and candidate management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
