Hire With Mike is on the lookout for a proactive and resourceful Part-time Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be instrumental in sourcing and engaging top talent to meet our diverse client needs. Responsibilities:

As a Part-time Recruiter at Hire With Mike, you will:

Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Loxo to identify top talent.
Efficiently manage the recruitment pipeline, including the longlisting/shortlisting of candidates.
Diligently upload candidate profiles to our ATS/CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and accurately entered.
Keep the job pipeline updated and organized, allowing for smooth progression of recruitment activities.
Implement automated email/text campaigns to engage candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and set appointments with candidates and clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
Conduct initial screenings/interviews and follow-ups with candidates, either over the phone or virtually, to assess their suitability and interest.
Craft compelling Job Ads/Posts to attract the right candidates across various job boards and social media platforms.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, especially within LinkedIn Recruiting.
Proficiency in productivity and communication tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ClickUp, and Slack.
Experience researching and utilizing different scraping tools for candidate sourcing.
A strong grasp of Boolean search techniques to refine and target candidate searches effectively.
Proven ability in Social Media Management and leveraging platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and clients professionally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach to tasks.
