Our team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a solid command of English to join our Human Resources department. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates who meet our high standards and fit our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Communication Skills: Utilize your excellent command of English to craft compelling job postings, communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, and provide clear and constructive feedback to hiring teams.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening of resumes, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, and conduct initial interviews to gauge language proficiency and communication skills.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and values to potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Research: Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of recruiting activities.
Qualifications:

Proven recruiting experience, with a track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
Solid command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong interviewing skills, with a keen ability to assess candidates’ suitability for culture fit and role requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
