I seek a talented, experienced, and motivated Agency Recruiter to join our team. As an Agency Recruiter, you will be crucial in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into job positions on behalf of our valued client companies. The opportunity provides uncapped commission, with the potential to make over $100K+ per year if you hit 2 placements per month. At 1 placement per month, you can expect nearly $5K/mo in earnings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, tech, finance & accounting, or manufacturing recruitment in an agency capacity. This is a full-time commitment and will pay no base salary, only commissions.
Responsibilities:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
– Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
– Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-depth assessments.
– Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for the job positions.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, and gather feedback from both parties.
– Assist in negotiating offers, discussing compensation packages, and facilitating placements.
– Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our applicant tracking system.
– Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance our services.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– 2+ years experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or staffing firm environment.
– Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
– Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously and work independently.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
– Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
– Sales and negotiation skills to secure client agreements and negotiate job offers.
