Requirements
– Experience in recruiting for companies in the e-commerce sector.
– Deep understanding of the job market and e-commerce trends in the Philippines.
– Excellent knowledge of English.
– The ability to conduct structured interviews.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to say no and argue your opinion.
– Orientation on results and high responsibility.

Responsibilities
– Search, analysis, and selection of the best candidates for vacancies in the E-commerce sector.
– Interviewing potential candidates and evaluating their potential and eligibility.
– Building a database of candidates for further work with it.
– Development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining talented staff.
– Conducting active interaction with various sources of candidate search, including online platforms, social networks, and specialized sites.
– Working with our software: Click up (task manager), CRM system, email letters.
– Support and optimization of recruitment processes and procedures.
