We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to join a California-based Beauty Studio team. As a Recruiter, your primary focus will be identifying and attracting exceptional talent within California and its neighboring states. Your excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and ability to discern the best local talent will be pivotal in shaping our talented team.

Responsibilities:

1.) Sourcing Candidates:
– Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent. Employ effective search strategies to build a pool of qualified candidates within the California area or nearby states.

2.) Candidate Outreach:
– Reach out to potential candidates through email, messages, and calls to introduce the job opportunity, assess their interest, and gather basic information.

3.) Job Intake and Analysis:
– Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand their hiring needs, including job descriptions, required qualifications, and desired skills.

4.) HR Management:
– Review resumes and applications. Conduct initial screenings via video interviews to evaluate and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position to best match the job requirements and client preferences.

5.) Excellent Communication Skills:
– Communicate regularly with hiring managers or clients to provide updates on candidates’ progress, discuss potential matches, and gather feedback. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information for a successful interview process.

6.) Reference Checks:
– Conduct reference checks to verify candidates’ qualifications, work history, and professional suitability.
– Standard Operating Procedure: Create your own Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instruction manuals for your role to improve the business’ internal operations.

Qualifications:

– At least 2 years of proven experience as a remote Recruiter with a Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
– Ability to evaluate candidates’ skills, potential, and alignment with company values.
– Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
– Collaborative and team-oriented attitude to thrive in a fast-paced beauty studio environment.
– High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
