We are a European based start up launching May 1st. As part of this, we are looking for full-time workers with a good level of English willing to recruit across all industries for a variety of projects. We have significant experience in our niche sector, and especially with running and building high performance remote teams.
We work in a very competitive industry and as such we are looking for candidates that have a high degree of hustle and competitiveness. You will be challenged in the role and at the same time receive a lot of coaching and support as you work directly with the founders.
** Requirements: **
– Able to work full time from May 1st
– Willingness to work European hours (approx 14:00 – 23:00 or 24:00 in PHP time)
– Must be available full-time (please note: this is not a role that can be done part-time or with other jobs, we will need your full attention and effort – there will be a lot of communication, training, support, and working together each day)
– Good internet connection
– Good level of English
– Prior recruiting experience (using e.g., LinkedIn and other tools to source candidates); alternatively sales and cold calling experience
– Willingness to call candidates without prior contact
** Role: Recruiter / Head Hunter **
– Recruit across all industries with a focus on Europe under tight deadlines using search tools such as LinkedIn
– Recruit for shorter term engagements, not full roles
– Reaching out to candidates by phone and email, screening them, and presenting them
– Recruit on multiple projects at the same time e.g., surgeons, marketing directors, procurement managers
– Work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects
