POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / HR Administrator to help the company achieve our hiring goals by developing a recruitment process that engages prospective employees. This position will be responsible for taking the lead on finding qualified talent and helping the company align the team’s goals with the goals of the business. The Recruiter / HR Administrator will play a key role in coaching and developing our staff, helping to create incentive and retention strategies, and effectively collaborating within a highly team-centric environment. This position will report directly to the General Manager.
This position is 100% remote.

OBJECTIVES
• Draft standard template letters (reference, visa application, employment certification, promotion, transfer) and contracts across all business functions
• Recruit talent into the company who are aligned with the Mission, Vision, and Values of our business
• Hit recruitment targets on a monthly basis and track metrics for all recruiting activities
• Execute strategic planning that tailors hiring, benefits, career development, succession planning, and employee policies to help drive business goals
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed
• Implement a plan to support 1:1 meetings and staff meetings in ways that lift engagement and speed development
• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts
• Sourcing candidates
• Interviewing candidates and scheduling interviews with upper management
• Advertising for open positions
• Candidate assessments
• Onboarding new hires
• Following up after the start date to check in on progress
• Support employee engagement activities as directed
• Coordinate other administrative aspects of off-boarding of employees including conducting exit interviews, sending leave paperwork, terminating benefit coverage, etc.
• Generate all necessary weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports
• Effectively maintain employee records electronically
• Continuously improve to drive administrative/operational efficiency
• Provide guidance on compliance and other common HR-related matters
• Develop customized job descriptions, performance review processes, and cross-training strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of relevant work in Human Resources or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related area of study
• Proficient knowledge of G-Suite/Microsoft Office products
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
