My name is L, and I am on a mission to get people jobs.

Big companies have HR to handle hiring… but who do the job seekers have? That is where we step in and represent the job SEEKERS.

Our goal is to help 50 people get jobs by the end of 2023, and 1,000 by the end of 2025. We can do this by applying to the jobs & networking for our job applicants.

We will grow and hire more, so you have the potential to become a team lead, or maybe even a manager one day….

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
– Act as an HR Sales Representative and communicate with job seekers and work your CRM software daily
– Apply to jobs in the US on behalf of job seekers
– Keep client confidential information safe
– Stay organized with job applications within Click to view
– Collect contracts & close deals
– Work different networks within the US build up your hiring network
– Work your linkedin profile to build your network

COMPANY CULTURE

PAY
You will have a base full time salary. Along with that, for each job offer that a job seeker successfully accepts, you will get $500 commission. Once you hit certain revenue goals, you also qualify for $1000 bonuses.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Must have neat, organized workspace, as Zoom networking events may be required often
– Fluent in English, near native speaker
– HR / Recruiting Experience
– Computer capable of fast & reliable internet

Preferred:
– Sales Experience
– Customer service experience

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED – Internet: Fast, stable connection

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM US Eastern time.
(This is commission based, so if you want to work longer hours that is fine.)
