Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting high-potential content creators. You will work closely with our recruitment team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and engagement within our creator community.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential content creators through various channels, including social media, online communities, and events.
Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates, providing them with information about our platform and the benefits of joining our creator community.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ fit for our platform.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is a plus.
