Responsibilities/Duties generally include but are not limited to:
Understand and research on the required/ideal skills set of the company’s job vacancies
Create, design, publish, and manage job postings/descriptions/requirements.
Source, screen (inital interview), and correspond to qualified candidates using a variety of platforms to build a robust candidates pipeline.
Liaise between candidates & managers in scheduling final interviews.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Gather and manage pre-employment/onboarding requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
– At least 2 – 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
– Current knowledge of effective recruitment and engagement methods.
– Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
– Familiarity with different tech stacks and tech roles (e.g. Web Developer, Customer Service Reps, Copywriters, etc).
– Have worked remotely for an American company/timezone with Filipino team members.
– Able to excellently manage time to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure, especially to anticipate contingencies concerning the nature of work.
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive fast learner with an interest in operations and team management.
– At least 8GB RAM to handle multiple web-based applications, wired unlimited internet connection, working camera for team meetings, and a comfortable + zero distraction workspace/office.

Bonus points if you have Digital marketing knowledge/experience (SEO, PPC, social, web and app development, e-commerce, etc.)

Who we aren’t going to consider:
– Anyone currently working with a direct competitor.
– Someone with any chance of possible overlapping schedules within our business hours regardless of your assigned shift (We’ll be able to know, of course. Even if you don’t tell us, so don’t try.).
– Lack of any experience working with a remote team and a foreign clientele.
– If you prefer working independently or without consistent team collaboration.
