Position Summary:
As a Recruiter at Citrus Man Premium Cleaning Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), networking, and referrals.
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
– Conduct initial screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
– Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication with candidates and hiring teams.
– Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate data updated.
– Extend offers of employment and negotiate terms with candidates.
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Assist with onboarding activities and orientation for new hires.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency).
– Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
– Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
– Experience recruiting in the cleaning chemical industry.
– Knowledge of digital recruiting tools and techniques.
– Familiarity with HR databases and systems.
Working Hours:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Benefits:
Eligible for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
Observance of most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
Salary: $560-$800/month depending on skill level and experience
