Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English – Advanced or higher);
Demonstrated experience working effectively with remote teams;
Ability to work 40 hours per week, adhering to a schedule aligned with New York time;
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates from different countries;
Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels;
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As a Hiring Manager, you will:
Manage the entire recruitment process professionally and in a friendly manner;
Evaluate and screen candidates to build a strong talent pool;
Search and recruit qualified candidates directly;
Conduct interviews with candidates;
Maintain and improve the recruiting database for accurate and efficient data management;
Collaborate openly with hiring managers to enhance the hiring process and create relevant job descriptions;
Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates;
Propose and contribute to necessary changes in recruiting processes;
Prepare and extend job offers;
Develop a talent pool;
Find and use cost-effective solutions for finding new candidates;
Assist in building a strong Employer Brand;
Support the onboarding process.
