Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our recruitment company as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in managing initial outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms to prospective candidates. Your primary responsibilities will include list building/candidate sourcing, updating workflows and tasks in Crelate, loading sequences in Interseller & Dripify, organizing tasks efficiently, setting appointments, and initial outreach. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to develop effective systems and processes while demonstrating initiative and creativity in finding ways to engage with potential leads and improve existing workflows. Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain comprehensive lists of qualified prospects within our niche utilizing InterSeller, Crelate, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search strings, AI and other search options
• Ability to work with and build workflows and tasks in Crelate & Asana
• Identify and assess prospects to ensure they fit the desired avatar criteria provided by recruiter
• Work with the team to develop and refine outreach strategies to increase response rates.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of existing outreach efforts, suggesting improvements and adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and interactions with prospects.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and optimize systems and processes for lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and AI best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
• Follow through with training materials provided
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment and insurance industry.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Windows, Google Workspace, Asana, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Interseller, and Crelate or similar systems
• Familiarity with recruitment sourcing techniques and insurance industry-specific terminology and job roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail – double and triple checking is ok!
• Strong observation and organization skills
• Ability to understand and continue to learn about the insurance marketplace
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and think creatively and to share opinions and suggestions
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the team and allowing for at least 6 hours of work per day overlap with US hours
Would really like experience in Sales Navigator, Crelate & Asana but similar platforms will be considered.
