At Delivery Sherpa, we are embarking on an exciting journey to fill 30 positions for Trained Virtual Assistants for Delivery Sherpa in the next three months. Our company specializes in revolutionizing delivery operations, and we’re looking for a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to help us build an exceptional team that will drive our mission forward.

Job Description:

As a Recruiter at Delivery Sherpa, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and attracting top talent to fill 30 Trained Virtual Assistant positions within a three-month timeframe. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust recruitment strategy, managing the entire hiring process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to understand our hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and establish a clear hiring timeline.
2. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
3. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the specified qualifications and requirements for the Trained Virtual Assistant roles.
4. Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and motivation, and present qualified candidates to the hiring managers for consideration.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
6. Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
7. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
8. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, including the ability to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Full-time availability and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
