Recruiter (US Shift)

Edward Jacobs is a market-leading recruitment firm specialising in accounting and finance. We work with clients ranging from large international corporations to boutique businesses across Australia, New Zealand, US and in the UK.

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants who will drive growth and expand the client base for Edward Jacobs in the US. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new client relationships, and nurturing existing ones. Your goal is to generate revenue and achieve business targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telephone screening, assessing skills to shortlist candidate profiles for review.
• Coach and lead candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business.
• Establish relationships with new and existing clients through business development and marketing campaigns
• Perform reference check on candidates

Qualifications and Skills:
• 2 – 3 years of recruitment experience from Recruitment Firms or Internal Recruiter from multi-national corporations.
• Be comfortable with cold calling, headhunting target talents in a competitive space.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and understanding of various recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
• High energy, self – starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Willing to work within US shift
