Role Overview: With are looking for a Recruiter with Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our organization, with a primary focus on digital marketing positions. Your expertise in recruitment in digital marketing will be instrumental in identifying candidates who not only meet the technical requirements, but also align with our company’s values and culture. You will attract exceptional candidates, interview, hire and maintain the candidate pool.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Designing and updating engaging job descriptions and job specifications
• Communicate regularly with management and department heads to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
• Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and platforms
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard to become fully integrated
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Assist with employee offboarding as needed
Qualifications:
• Proven 5 years of experience in Recruiting Marketing Manager or Recruitment Marketing Specialist.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems
• Strong understanding of Internet Marketing Roles and Positions
• Strong knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Outstanding time management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Proven track record of delivery results.
