Job Title: Recruiting Admin

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Recruiting Admin will support the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, enhancing our social media presence, creating engaging graphics, and utilizing Google Forms for efficient data collection. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview details, and follow-up.

Social Media Management:

• Create and post job advertisements on various social media platforms.
• Develop content calendars and manage daily social media activities.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries related to job postings.

Graphic Design:

• Design eye-catching graphics for job advertisements, social media posts, and company branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in design and messaging.
• Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva to create high-quality visuals.

Google Forms and Data Management:

• Design and manage Google Forms for collecting candidate information and feedback.
• Analyze data collected through Google Forms and generate reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle email correspondence and manage the recruitment inbox.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
• Support HR team with additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and Google Workspace (Google Forms, Docs, Sheets).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.
