Overview:
Join Crucial Hire in transforming the landscape of HR recruiting. As a Talent Phone Appointment Setter, you play a critical role in our mission by engaging with potential Fortune 1000 candidates and clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. Utilizing our proprietary CRM, PCRecruiter, you will ensure data accuracy and improve our database while initiating conversations that lead to meaningful career opportunities. We have a small but strong team and your work will be noticed and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Make daily phone calls to verify contact information and engage potential HR candidates and hiring managers, noting that many numbers may initially be incorrect. We pick the people for you to call. You will use the numbers provided or sometimes call the main business number to leave a message between the hours of 8am-6pm CST (Chicago, IL USA Time).

B. Utilize LinkedIn and email campaigns to message and connect with prospects. We email to pitch jobs, Phone support is a crucial part to ensure the candidates know they were chosen on purpose.

C. Maintain and update candidate information in our CRM, PCRecruiter to enhance our recruitment database. We have great data so update new and changed work phone extensions and new cell phones is essential. Also correct emails with 2nd and 3rd attempts using different found emails or the emails of their new job. This sometimes requires intuition, defective work, common sense, and the desire to get a message to each contact.

D. Proofread our monthly newsletter to ensure clarity and professionalism. We send our newsletter to 1,000 people monthly and our connected to 25,000 on LinkedIn. We are increasing all of our social media to make it easier to make warm calls. We post on Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.

E. PCRecruiter, Ring Central, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, LinkedIn, Indeed, our company email is on a Gmail server, and other job board websites.

F. You’ll start by mastering appointment setting, with opportunities to advance to business development or recruitment roles based on performance and interest. If you are a recruiter already this role would be perfect for you. You will learn how to gauge candidates and clients. If you are in an outbound client acquisition this role is also perfect for you.

G. We seek a proactive communicator with a knack for detail and a passion for making impactful connections. Your role is crucial in setting the stage for our Chief Talent Officer to make informed decisions and successful placements. You will also meticulously track calls, and update files, as you call smoothing out the way for 2nd, and 34rd calls by you or the Chief Talent Officer.
