Position Overview:
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process for our three cleaning companies. This role is fully remote and requires proficiency in utilizing job platforms like Indeed, handling job applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interview calls with excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft compelling job descriptions tailored to specific roles within GFS Building Maintenance.
Post job listings on various online platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Edit job postings for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
Screen incoming applications and resumes, matching candidate qualifications with job requirements.
Communicate promptly with applicants via email or phone, providing updates on application status.
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews efficiently and coordinate availability.
Maintain an organized database of applicant information and hiring status updates.
Assist in conducting preliminary candidate assessments and background checks.
Continuously optimize recruitment strategies based on feedback and insights.
Qualifications:
Experience with Indeed and other job platforms.
Previous experience in responding to job applications and scheduling interviews.
Strong English communication skills for conducting initial interview calls.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles preferred.
