Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and attracting top talent, with a focus on long-term employee development and retention. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s future by identifying and hiring individuals who share our commitment to excellence and our mission to support families in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and loom video applications to identify qualified candidates.
Communicate with Physical Therapist owner
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate preferences.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.

Requirements:
GREAT English
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a remote or international recruiting setting is a plus.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Filipino languages is a plus.
