Recruiting Manager

The recruiting manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from posting job listings online to interviewing new candidates and following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Post job listings online and ensure that all job postings are accurate and up to date
Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
Schedule interviews and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with candidates, clients, and team members
