We are searching for a long-term sourcing and recruitment partner! As one of our recruitment sourcing specialists, you will be a key member of a small, high-performing search team. Your role will be to create lists of target candidates that meet the search criteria using boolean search, and modern search tools and technology. What You’ll Tackle:
Research and Identification
• Develop a deep understanding of the various roles we recruit for
• Implement search strategy by performing extensive research relevant to each search using firm resources
• Identify target candidates using boolean search and modern search tools and technology to compile 40-80 new candidates per shift.
• Compile data on candidates into LinkedIn project folders, email sequence tools, and Crelate database
• Match the strategic objectives of a role to the experience of a prospective candidate
Administrative
• Consistently maintain, clean, and organize database on assigned jobs
• Create and routinely update “short lists” of submittable candidates for each role in the BFG “FILL” from screened and submitted candidates
• Train others on sourcing techniques and methods
• Attend sourcing classes
What’s Needed to Win
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
• 3+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in administrative support, RPO, recruitment firm, or research role in an entrepreneurial environment
• 2+ years sourcing candidates using Boolean search techniques (required)
• 2+ years experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
• Persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Database management experience (required)
• Proficient in Google Suite (email, calendar, docs, and sheets)
• Advanced skills in Internet and social media research
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and on-time
• Ability to self-manage time and perform to key metrics (targets per day/week)
• Proven team player with experience as an effective member of a close-knit team
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday for 4-5 hours per day between 9:00 to 17:00 US Pacific Time
Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly base salary based on experience ranging from $700 to $900 USD per month (based on working 20-30 hours per week). Paid bi-weekly.
• Additional 1% of firm placement fee Bonus paid on placed candidates you sourced, paid once the company is paid
• In-depth and ongoing training
• Qualify for 3 vacation days leave and 3 sick day leaves after the 6-month probation period.
Goals and Growth Plan
• Starting with 3-5 jobs per week
*20 – 40 candidates sourced per hour
*2-4 candidate submittals per week
• 1-2 placed candidates/month
*Must have 1 candidate placed within the first 60 days to remain employed
*Growing to 5+ jobs per week
• Research Supervisor
*Oversees pipelines of all active searches
*Manages time and productivity of supporting resources
*Ongoing training of team member resources
*Creation of training videos
*Creation and deployment of regular email marketing campaigns to candidates on “short-lists” to drive more responses and referrals
US Holidays Observed:
• Memorial Day (end of May)
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Labor Day (early September)
• Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving (late November)
• Company Hiatus (Dec 22 through Jan 2)
