Job Description

As a Sourcing Agent at Talent Staffing and Recruiting, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and sourcing top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach. Your primary goal is to find and engage high-quality candidates who meet our clients’ needs and contribute to their success.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
1.   Candidate Sourcing:
      •   Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
      •   Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
2.   Market Research:
      •   Conduct market research to identify talent trends and opportunities in specific industries and geographic areas.
      •   Stay updated on the latest sourcing techniques and best practices.
3.   Candidate Engagement:
      •   Reach out to potential candidates through emails, phone calls, SMS, and social media to introduce them to job opportunities.
      •   Build relationships with passive candidates to encourage them to consider new career opportunities.
4.   Database Management:
      •   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
      •   Ensure all candidate information is documented and easily accessible for the recruitment team.
5.   Collaboration:
      •   Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
      •   Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
6.   Reporting:
      •   Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status to the recruitment manager.
      •   Analyze and report on sourcing metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
 
Qualifications:
 
•  Proven experience as a Sourcing Agent, Talent Sourcer, or similar role in a recruitment agency.
•  Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches and social media platforms.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
