SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry that has continued to grow its footprint in its field. Headquarters in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area, we are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our remote Manila/Cebu team to expand our international team. This role involves managing communications with high-potential candidates and pre-screening them for opportunities with our recruiting partners. You will act as a liaison between the candidates and multiple partnered recruiting agencies across the U.S. This person is responsible in processing candidates daily and match their background with openings with our partnered recruiting agencies to assess short and long-term hiring requirements. You will be assessing candidates in our database daily to help place candidates in the right role.

About the Role:
•Act as a liaison between candidates and partnered recruiting agencies. Call recruiting partners, to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy; design and coordinate the hiring process through our applicant tracking system.
•Collaborate with internal MBS recruiters to help process any screened candidates for potential openings with our recruiting partners.
•Identify potential job openings with our recruiting partners that might fit our screened candidates and market them to the job opening.
•Analyze resumes and job descriptions effectively to match candidates appropriately.
•Create pre-screen questions for candidates to collect appropriate information.
•Conduct initial pre-screen interviews to collect information based on identified positions.
•Process and evaluate candidates daily, matching their backgrounds with available openings.
•Update spreadsheet to reflect screened candidates that are available for placement.
•Source candidates in our databases to present to our recruiting partners.
•Send mass emails to potential candidates to update our database.
•Communicate with candidates and clients promptly.
•Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
•Coordinate reference checks, drug tests, and background checks as required by clients.
•Clearly communicate status and progress on open positions and provide strategic guidance to hiring teams; create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
•Cold-call prospecting for new client opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a relevant field.
•Demonstrable sales and/or HR experience and success in a related position is required.
•English language fluency is required.
•Knowledge of effective hiring practices.
•Experience with the recruiting lifecycle is preferred.
•Experience in sourcing, cold-call prospecting, and marketing is highly preferred.
•Excellent analytical abilities, decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
•Must have exceptional documentation skills and the ability/willingness to follow through within a structured Applicant Tracking System.
•Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet established quotas.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.

Must have:
•Perfectly working headset and webcam.
•Stable internet connection with at least 10mbps.
•Self-discipline, strong time management skills, and great work ethic.
•Ability to work well under pressure and exceed goals.
•Up-to-date computer system.
•Working space with no distractions or background noises.
•A backup plan if the power goes out or your internet connection becomes unstable.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
