Our client, an Australian based company providing customised HR, Talent and Human Capital Management consultancy services, is expanding their Recruitment Administration team and looking for another talented Recruitment Assistant.
As part of a close-knit team you will be assisting the Recruitment Consultants with the day-to-day recruitment process. If you are looking for a long term role within a supportive work environment please read the full job details and apply as per the instructions below.
Responsibilities include:
– Sending out pro forma emails (e.g. interviews and reference checks)
– Scheduling interviews
– Reviewing CVs and applications
– Managing and organising files per role
– Email & calendar management
– General administration tasks
We are looking for:
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
– Fast and willing learner, asks questions
– Attention to detail
– Initiative and independent thinking
– Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) and G-Suite (Drive, Calendar, Email, etc) proficient
– Ability to work under minimum supervision
– Excellent organisation and time management skills
– Recruitment experience or genuine desire to work in the recruitment industry
Tech Requirements:
– Dedicated Home Office
– Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM, MS Office 2021 installed or Microsoft 365 (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– A fast and reliable internet connection (wired or wireless internet connection with at least 50 to 100 MBPS download speed)

Fine Print
Work Type: Full-time (40 hours pw)
Time zone: Brisbane, Australia – (AEST)
Work schedule: to be confirmed but is between Monday – Friday between 8AM – 6PM
Salary Range: Php 22,000 – Php 25,000 monthly, DOE.
