We are seeking a highly skilled Overseas Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a degree in an IT/Technology-related subject, a strong background in process automation, and a knack for utilizing AI tools to enhance recruitment processes, who can also lead on sourcing engagements.
Position Overview: As a Recruitment and Operations Specialist you will be at the forefront of innovation, playing a crucial role in creating and automating processes, managing operations, and supporting various recruitment functions. This multifaceted role requires expertise in tools such as Asana, Loom, MS Office (especially Excel), Canva, and proficiency in candidate and lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn and other job boards.
Responsibilities:
1. Process Automation and AI Integration:
• Identify and implement AI tools to automate and optimize recruitment processes.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
2. Operations Management:
• Utilize project management tools, including Asana, to coordinate and manage team tasks.
• Ensure smooth operations by streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration.
3. Training Material Creation:
• Develop engaging training materials using tools such as Loom for team onboarding and skill development.
4. Administrative Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support using MS Office, particularly Excel, and tools like Canva.
• Handle tasks such as calendar management, documentation, and report generation.
5. Candidate and Lead Generation:
• Implement expert-level Boolean searching techniques for effective sourcing and headhunting.
• Execute resource campaigns and leverage job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms for talent acquisition.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Technology or a related field.
2. Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience in working with startup recruitment companies.
• Expertise in AI tools, process automation, and project management.
3. Tech-Savvy:
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and tools like Canva.
• Familiarity with platforms like Asana, Loom, LinkedIn, and job boards.
4. Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
5. Must be able to work full time hours in a UK time zone.
6. Must have previous experience in working remotely with an English speaking business.
