About the Role:

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the vital link between potential clients and our exceptional sales team. Operating remotely with flexible hours, your role involves identifying qualified leads, engaging them proactively, and securing valuable appointments for our sales reps. Your success directly influences our sales pipeline and contributes significantly to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

Prospect Lead Generation:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients from diverse sources, including online leads, referrals, and event lists.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and addressing pain points effectively.

Appointment Setting:

Initiate contact with leads via phone calls and emails, showcasing our products/services and emphasizing their benefits.
Skillfully overcome objections, address concerns, and schedule qualified appointments with our sales representatives.
Confirm appointments and manage logistical details to ensure a seamless transition.

Communication and Collaboration:

Keep meticulous records of interactions and activities on our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales team regarding lead quality and potential challenges.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and satisfying client experience.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at quickly building rapport over the phone and via email.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and convert leads into appointments.
Proficiency in time management, capable of handling multiple leads and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Familiarity with SEO concepts is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting or a related field (preferred).
Self-motivated and driven, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
