We are open for Full-time or Part-time Recruitment Assistant.

We are All I.T. – a rapidly growing U.S.-based company that provides on-demand manpower to internal IT departments of large companies. We are looking for an outstanding Recruitment assistant to help us accelerate lead generation and hires for our open positions. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years in Recruitment and has knowledge and experience with job platforms and using CRM tools.

What You’ll Do

Leverage our talent community, boost our leads, and help make the hiring process faster.
Leverage traditional souring techniques and market mapping for lead generation.
Your Essential Responsibilities
Conduct market research to develop intelligence on assigned functional areas.
Leverage market knowledge to create sourcing and outreach strategies to attract talent.
Generate a flow of talent leads/profiles for outreach.
Target and engage leads in career opportunities.
Leverage CRM and ATS systems to ensure all sourcing and lead generation activity is captured, presented, and measured.
Provide feedback to leadership on market findings and provide recommendations for target profile adjustments.
Participate in scoping and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a sourcing position supporting recruiting professional-level external talent.
Fluency in English.
Must be willing to work on a night shift (9:00 pm – 1:00 am, Mondays-Fridays – Part-time) and/or ((9:00 pm – 6:00 am, Mondays-Fridays – Full-time).
Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Experience within other HR Services operations and/or work streams.
Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite).
Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills, and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
Strong attention to detail.
