What are we looking for?

We want someone who is passionate about people and ideally has shown an interest in cloud technology. We aren’t expecting you to be an expert at IT, but we do expect you to have some HR, recruiting or appointment setting experience. As a front-facing representative of our company, you’ll be friendly, easy to talk to, eager to learn and most importantly have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Any background in customer support or people management would also be helpful.

About the Role:

You will be joining an existing team screening potential candidates, mostly technical, but some non-technical roles as well.

Key Responsibilities:
– Appointment Setting Interviews and screening
– Evaluation of job applications and CV’s
– Virtual phone / video call screening
– Online testing
– On SIte Interviewing and Screening in Angeles City
– Assessing qualifications
– Reference checks
– Background Checks and verification
– Regular reporting tasks
– Other Team Building and Administration tasks

Skillset:
– 2-3 years of HR / Recruitment experience
– Must have strong phone and email support experience
– Bonus if you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Positive can-do attitude
– Efficient and effective multi-tasker
– Professional and values hard work
– Able to contribute ideas to improve processes

This is a part-time role – Approx 20 hours per week.

We would like you to be based in Angeles City, Philippines so you can come into the office and take a key leading role in presenting a professional and welcoming environment for on boarding new prospective employees as we grow our team.
