What are we looking for?

We are seeking a committed Recruitment Assistant / VA / Market Research Specialist to bolster our recruitment initiatives, concentrating on research and opportunity identification. This pivotal role involves analyzing candidates’ resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and our notes from our consultations to understand their skills and experience comprehensively.

Your task will be to meticulously research and identify job opportunities, positions, and/or companies that align perfectly with each candidate’s expertise, particularly focusing on roles that match their proven strengths, like sales positions for sales-experienced candidates.

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate exceptional research capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in creating detailed company and job opportunity profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Company Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential companies and opportunities that align with our candidates’ profiles, skills, and career aspirations.

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather detailed information about each company, including size, industry, job openings, and any other relevant data.

Shortlisting Targeted Companies: Create a refined list of targeted companies for each candidate, ensuring that these organizations match the candidate’s desired career path and qualifications.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on research findings, shortlisted companies, and market trends to be shared directly with the recruitment team.

Collaboration and Feedback: While direct contact with clients and candidates is not required, collaborate with the recruitment team to refine research strategies and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Strong research and analytical skills.
– Proficient in data management and reporting.
– Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other research tools.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
– Excellent understanding of various industries and job functions.

About the Position:

$500 Per Month paid biweekly + $1,000 Bonus for Each Successful Project (Candidate is hired by company)
7 Hours per Day (Flexible working hours)
Daily Meetings with the Team at 8 AM EST
Fully Remote
