Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by conducting screening calls, managing recruitment administration tasks, and potentially engaging in LinkedIn search and communication activities. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective talent, making a positive and lasting impression on behalf of our renowned Australian Fashion brand.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial screening calls with prospective candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
• Communicate job requirements, company values, and culture to candidates.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting, and organizing candidate information, and updating recruitment databases.
• LinkedIn Search & Communication (Potential). Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Craft and send personalized messages to engage with prospective talent.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate the company’s values and job requirements to potential candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
• Prior experience in recruitment coordination or a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with screening calls, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement.
