As my Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind my job search success. You’ll take the lead in
optimizing my resume for each application, crafting compelling cover letters, and managing the entire
application process from start to finish. You’ll also be responsible for setting up and managing a CRM
system to track leads, send follow-up emails, and ensure a smooth workflow. Your ability to quickly adapt
to new tools and understand the key elements of job descriptions will be crucial in helping me stand out as
a top candidate. After I land a role you will transition into helping me with daily operations for my side
business!
Required Skills:
– Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for resume and cover letter optimization
– Proven experience in setting up and managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
– Expertise in email marketing, lead nurturing, and funnel management
– Strong project management skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
– Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools and platforms
– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job search best practices
– Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization techniques
Detailed Responsibilities:
– Analyze job descriptions and optimize my resume and cover letters accordingly
– Manage the entire job application process, ensuring all deadlines are met
– Set up and customize a CRM system to track job leads and follow-ups
– Create email templates and sequences for effective lead nurturing
– Monitor job search platforms and identify relevant opportunities
– Conduct research on target companies and industries to inform application strategies
– Provide regular progress updates and reports on the job search funnel
– Assist with interview preparation and scheduling as needed
