About us

We are a house cleaning company based in Melbourne (Australia), and operating in multiple cities around the country.
We offer two services for our customers: house cleaning (once off cleans and regular cleans), and end of lease cleans.
We want to bring in a HR/Recruitment Specialist to help us grow.

About the role

The HR / Recruiter Specialist will play a crucial role in hiring passionate individuals to uphold our commitment to excellence. This role will handle both general HR responsibilities and recruitment efforts for our cleaning and operational staff, ensuring that we maintain our reputation for top-notch services.

We are open to considering a strong manager to manage our existing recruitment team, as well as overseeing all HR aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Work closely with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create role-specific job descriptions.
– Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for both cleaner and operations roles.
– Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and nurture relationships with potential hires.
– Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
– Handle employee relations, addressing concerns or disputes and fostering a harmonious workplace.
– Oversee employee training and development initiatives.
– Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance reviews.
– Maintain and update employee records and database.
– Process employment contracts, leave applications, and other HR-related documents.
– Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates, time to hire, etc.
