Job Description

We are looking for an awesome Human Resources & Recruitment Officer to support end to end recruitment of cleaners for Beyond Cleaning Group.
Areas of Responsibility and Key Duties

Hiring
-Communicate with Regional Sales Managers and Administrative Assistants about hiring needs
-Post and update job ads
-Process Applicants (interviews, reference checks)
-Onboarding/Offboarding personnel

Hiring Development
-Find new ways to attract staff

Site Compliance
-Ensure all staff are up to date with required insurances, training, certificates etc.

Award Compliance
-Communicate with the HR Consultancy to ensure proper HR procedures are followed regarding HR matters.
-Study the Awards and ensure compliance to them. (/)
-Ensure roles are categorised appropriately according to the Award
-Communicate relevant award terms to Administrative Assistants and Regional Sales managers to ensure comprehension and compliance.
-Perform wage audits to check that staff are paid appropriately.
-Develop Individual Flexibility Agreements with help from the HR consultancy.

HR System Development
-Identify ways to further develop and automate the HR system.
-Work with the Systems Expert to build better systems.
-Update the company induction with oversight from CEO

It will be a Philippines-based role.

Must have a reliable personal computer or a laptop and a fast internet connection (60 Mbps and up).

Able to work between 9AM and 5PM NSW, Australia time.
We are looking for someone who 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday during business hours, start time flexible.
Part-time and with opportunity to transfer to Fulltime.
