About The Role
We are a start-up in stealth mode looking to build up our team and we are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for all facets of recruitment and retention success at Tulipo IDR. This ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other members of the team to maximize the support needed to bring the necessary talent acquisition strategies to Recruiting Manager will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and submitting candidates as a critical part of this role.
This role is eligible for work from home (WFH) or remote WFH (NCR, Philippines only) as you will be primarily managing an overseas-based team. Occasional business travel abroad may be necessary for in-person work requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
– Orchestrate and manage all phases of the recruitment process, including: developing/updating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, communications, interviewing, conducting assessments, and hiring of candidates
– Prepare, manage and utilize recruiting metrics that will help identify issues, drive key decisions and provide solutions that will positively impact the business’ key objectives
– Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary or direct hire opportunities
– Prioritize workloads through capacity planning
– Continuously improve recruiting workflows, processes, and technologies
– Ensure compliance with local regulations in the Philippines concerning employment
The Ideal Candidate:
– 2-3+ years experience directly supervising high-performing recruiting teams
– An organized recruiter who uses best practices and delivers great candidate experiences
– Team player who builds relationships company-wide
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Creative problem-solver who has demonstrated successful change management
– Knowledge of recruiting best practices, regulations, and compliance and changes in the recruitment world and that of the industries we operate in
– Proactive approach with a great sense of urgency and the ability to act quickly and efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
– Demonstrable work experience and success as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
– Experience with administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) highly desired
– Demonstrable aptitude for technology and experience maximizing recruitment systems and data
– Prior recruitment or staffing experience with Accounting/Finance, HR/Office Administration, Legal, IT/Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain & Operational Management are helpful, but not required
