About the job:
As the Recruitment Manager at The EmazingGroup, you will lead our efforts to hire top talent. This job involves handling the entire hiring process, and using data and AI tools to improve these processes. A major part of your role will also include interviewing, actively searching for, and recruiting candidates for important positions within our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to hiring, while maintaining high standards and consistency.
– Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
– Team Leadership: Lead and grow a team of recruiters, keeping them motivated and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
– Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to evaluate and enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
– Problem-Solving: Resolve recruitment challenges effectively, ensuring solutions support the company’s goals.
Requirements:
– At least 5 years of managing the recruiting process with a proven track record in talent acquisition
– High IQ and high EQ.
– Strong communication and project management skills.
– Able to quickly adapt to evolving business needs and changes in strategy.
– Expert-level proficiency with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Preferred Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time
Salary and Benefits:
– Starting Salary: 70K to 100K PHP
