QUALIFICATIONS:
– Substantial Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
– 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
– High degree of Attention to Detail
– Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
– Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
– Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
– 3 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
– Team player
– Good time-management skills
– Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources or related field
– Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
– Previous experience in recruiting virtual assistants is preferred
TASKS:
– Management of Recruitment Specialists/Assistants
– Shortlisting quality candidates
– Interviewing candidates and conducting reference checks
– Create efficient and automated recruitment processes
– Head hunting for managerial roles
– Converting client requirements into concise job posts
– Developing pre-employment aptitude testing
– Detailed efficiency and effectiveness reporting to the General Manager on Recruitment
– Developing recruitment processes for continuous improvement, including onboarding procedures
– Tracking recruitment metrics, for example, cost per hire
– Researching and implementing innovative and sustainable hiring methods
– Advising customers on recruitment updates and issues
– Communicating with clients or management to determine present and future hiring needs and company objectives
– Defining job descriptions and creating candidate personas for vacancies
– Building long-term relationships with clients and team
– Maintaining current knowledge of and adherence to all labour legislation and regulations
– Training recruitment employees, if required
– Evaluating various recruitment software for implementation
– Research into competitors and market place
– Define job description and document specifications
– Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
– Follow-up references and check credits
– Research and develop recruiting leads
– Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
HOURS:
Minimum of 160 hours per month: Php 56,000.00
SCHEDULE:
8 hours per day
Mondays to Fridays: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
