ABOUT YOU:
Are you a natural leader looking for your next challenge? Are you an operations wizard? Do you have experience running operations for a recruiting firm?
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Operations Coordinator to streamline our recruitment processes and enhance our client engagements. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Recruiting, and our clients to develop job descriptions, provide expertise to the recruitment process, and ensure seamless integration of new hires into client companies. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our recruitment activities and the satisfaction of our clients.
The ideal candidate has a blend of operations, client relations, and recruiting experience. You are a leader. You have meticulous attention to detail. You can build the system and also run the system. As a bonus, you’ve built + scaled a recruiting business before (and ideally implemented HubSpot and Workable).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Collaborate with the CEO to craft detailed job descriptions based on client needs.
-Act as the primary liaison between clients and our recruitment team to communicate role specifics, parameters, and budget.
-Ensure recruiters are effectively managing sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes in line with client requirements
-Coordinate with clients to facilitate and confirm scheduling and completion of interviews with finalist candidates.
-Assist with the final hiring stages, including offer negotiations, document signing, and candidate onboarding.
-Manage post-hire processes such as customer success follow-ups, payment processing, and invoicing.
-Foster and maintain relationships within our talent community.
-Oversee and optimize internal operational procedures.
-Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and focus on core areas like sales, marketing, and high-quality recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-A solid track record of 2-5 years in operations, data analysis and/or client relations (ideally with U.S. clients or accounts)
-Perfect written command of English, with strong verbal command of English.
-Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (Workable or other ATS).
-Experiencing setting-up, implementing and maintaining HubSpot CRM or other similar tools and systems
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
-Demonstrated ability to improve processes and efficiencies.
-Familiarity with managing dashboards, metrics and data.
-Scrappy and independent worker.
-Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
-Bonus: Experience in operations or client-facing roles within a staffing or recruitment agency.
