Job Description

We are a dynamic travel company seeking a seasoned Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have significant experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job platforms to source, contact, and arrange interviews with potential candidates. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source potential candidates based on job requirements, specifically focusing on candidates based in London.
Explore and use other job boards and social media platforms to expand candidate search within the travel industry.
Build a large network of connections to maximize the reach and effectiveness of candidate sourcing efforts.
Candidate Engagement:

Send initial messages to suitable candidates on LinkedIn and other job platforms to discuss the role and gauge their interest.
Effectively communicate the job role, responsibilities, and benefits to potential candidates.
Collect candidates’ CVs and maintain a detailed database of all contacted candidates and their status.
Shortlisting Candidates:

Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to create a shortlist of the most suitable candidates.
Maintain a detailed database of all contacted candidates and their status.
Interview Coordination:

Arrange and schedule Zoom interviews using Calendly or similar tools.
Ensure candidates are well-informed about the interview details and follow up to confirm attendance.
Communication Management:

Serve as the point of contact between candidates and the hiring manager.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting:

Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to the hiring manager.
Requirements:
Experience:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Recruiter, specifically using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently.
Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly and conducting Zoom interviews.
Previous experience recruiting for roles within the travel industry is a plus.
Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job platforms.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles effectively.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of remote working tools.
