Requirements:

– Demonstrated excellence in research, with a track record of effectively identifying top-tier talent.
– Strong logical and rational thinking abilities.
– Fluency in English, at a native or near-native level, enabling meaningful interactions with candidates and clients alike.
– Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related field, with a preference for technology-focused roles.
