Recruitment Responsibilities:
As a recruiter, you’ll be responsible for finding exceptional candidates for our open caregiver positions. Your role includes posting job ads, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and scheduling virtual interviews. Building strong relationships with caregivers is a priority, and you’ll be the first point of contact.
Key Duties:
• Post and/or refresh multiple job postings
• Source candidates from Indeed and multiple other job sites, past applicant database (we have over 5,000!)
• Call, email, and/or text applicants to build rapport, screen & qualify, and schedule virtual interviews
• Remind applicants of interview and reschedule if needed
• Contact missed interview candidates to reschedule interviews daily
• Contact dormant applicants & recruit from that group daily
• Assist applicants in applying for their HCA registry & LIVESCAN background checks.
• Book interviews with qualified applicants & notify team (HR or team) via phone / instant messaging / calendar
• Conference Call in for daily stand-up meetings (8:30am & 4:30pm)
• Analyze data from recruiting metrics and make adjustments accordingly to recruiting attempts (posting ads, sourcing, rapport building, or other factors that affect relationship with applicants)
• Stay up to date on recruiting trends & apply knowledge towards role
• Research competitors and adjust recruiting techniques so we remain competitive
GOAL to hire 10-15 per month
Daily Targets:
Source 30 candidates.
Schedule 4-6 interviews per day, Monday to Friday.
Contact and screen 50 potential candidates.(determine if they are actively looking, pending HCA, or dormant.) Build rapport & invite to interview if qualified.
Follow up on 30 applicants who have committed to applying for their LIVESCAN & HCA. Help them complete the process.
Reach out to dormant candidates and previous employees for availability.
Requirements:
Strong English language skills. Do not apply if you have a heavy accent please.
At least 3 months of remote work experience.
Excellent writing skills.
Knowledge of US HR laws related to phone screening.
1 year of recruiting experience.
2 computers.
Reliable high-speed internet (15-25mbps).
Noise-cancelling headset with a microphone.
Quiet home or office space.
Familiarity with technology, including GSuite.
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
Scheduling Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. We believe in the value of every team member and their role in our company’s growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls professionally and knowledgeably.
Handle client inquiries over the phone.
Schedule caregiver services.
Enter data into our management software.
Monitor authorization hours for efficiency.
Manage client and caregiver schedules.
Adjust schedules on a daily basis to meet client and caregiver needs and issues.
Coordinate with Care Manager and QA regarding Caregiver and client needs
Is involved with caregiver recruitment selection and terminations.
Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in our management software.
Required to work on-call one week each month (5:30pm Monday through 8:30am the following Monday)
Assist with general office functions as necessary
90% – Scheduling client and caregivers schedules
10% – Admin (misc. office work)
Qualifications:
At least one year of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Strong written and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
$5/hr.
Bi-weekly payments via Wise.
13-month bonus, prorated based on your start date, paid in December on the first Friday.
