Job Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a dual focus on Social Media Management and Recruitment for our veterinary clinic. This is a remote position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, online environment. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to build and maintain our clinic’s online presence while managing recruitment.

**Social Media Management Tasks:**

1. Crafting and posting weekly social media content.

2. Increasing engagement across all social media platforms.

3. Actively engaging in various Facebook groups.

4. Distributing pre-designed marketing emails.

5. Researching and joining relevant new groups for potential partnerships.

6. Building relationships with veterinarians and related professionals on LinkedIn.

7. Editing and disseminating informative videos with our veterinarians.

8. Managing the social media calendar.

**Recruitment Tasks:**

1. Developing a roster of temporary vets to ensure smooth clinic operation.

2. Regularly posting job vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, and other job boards.

3. Actively networking with local colleges to enhance the clinic’s community presence.

4. Managing immediate recruitment needs including screening potential recruits.

5. Following up with customers after their visits.

**Requirements:**

1. Reliable high-speed internet connection.

2. Efficient power backup to ensure uninterrupted service.

3. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meta Business Suite.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Fluent in English, minimum B2 level

Availability: We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST). The candidate should be available Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM.
