We are an international recruitment company based in the UK, specializing in architecture and interior design recruitment across dynamic markets such as Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional talent solutions, we are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Sourcing Specialist. This opportunity offers the chance to be at the forefront of our expansion in Asia and lead our resource team to success.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will initially focus on sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for our clients within the architecture and interior design sectors. However, for the right candidate, this role holds the potential to evolve into a management position as we expand our resource team in Asia in the coming years. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and people management skills as you contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the BD team to understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through phone and video interviews.

Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in the recruitment database to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights to stakeholders.

Build and nurture relationships with candidates to establish a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.

Demonstrate leadership potential by assisting in the training, mentoring, and development of junior team members as the resource team expands.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience working for a recruitment agency, preferably in a sourcing or talent acquisition role.

Proven track record of sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels, construction/architecture experience would be a bonus

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate screening, assessment, and onboarding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and stakeholders.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ambition to grow into a management position and lead a resource team in Asia.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as ATS, CRM, and social media for sourcing and candidate management.

Flexibility to commute to BGC 1 to 2 times a week for in-person meetings and collaboration, with the ability to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
