Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our recruitment company as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in managing initial outreach on LinkedIn to both prospective candidates and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include list building, avatar identification within our niche, organizing tasks efficiently, generating leads, and setting appointments. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to develop effective systems and processes while demonstrating initiative and creativity in finding innovative ways to engage with potential leads.
Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted outreach on LinkedIn to potential candidates and clients.
Build and maintain comprehensive lists of qualified prospects within our niche.
Identify and assess prospects to ensure they fit the desired avatar criteria.
Utilize a combination of LinkedIn, email, and other communication platforms to initiate contact with prospects.
Work with the team to develop and refine outreach strategies to increase response rates.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, suggesting improvements and adjustments as necessary.
Coordinate with the team to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Provide regular progress reports and updates on lead generation activities.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and interactions with prospects.
Collaborate with the team to develop and optimize systems and processes for lead generation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and align with our ideal avatar and target market.
Strong analytical skills to assess outreach effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and think creatively.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the team.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (G Suite), project management software, and CRM systems.
Familiarity with recruitment sourcing techniques and industry-specific terminology (training will be provided).
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies to engage potential leads.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
