Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, screen, and select candidates to create a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, offering valuable insights and assistance during the entire recruitment process.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from scheduling interviews to extending job offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within our applicant tracking system.
• Deliver timely feedback to candidates, ensuring a transparent and positive experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all candidates, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement changes.

Qualifications:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of sourcing top talent.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong connections with candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects.
