Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and hiring for overseas positions, particularly in the Philippines. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and interview candidates for overseas positions in the United States (remote)
Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
Communicate regularly with candidates and clients to provide updates and gather feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruiting and hiring in the Philippines
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Follow directions and the system created for the hiring and onboarding process
Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets and other recruitment software
