Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hiring Specialist to join our team. As a Hiring Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent through effective recruitment strategies and processes. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and communication will be essential in building a strong team for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Boolean Search Strings to identify potential candidates across various platforms and databases.
Utilize Social Media Outreach to engage with potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
Review and grade applications/resumes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for positions.
Organize and manage recruitment projects efficiently using project management software, such as Monday and Google Sheets.
Communicate with candidates through email, calls, and text messages, providing updates on their application status and next steps.
Engage directly with customers/clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with candidate profiles.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
Screen resumes and applications to match candidate qualifications with job descriptions, making recommendations for further consideration or rejection.
Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences for open positions.
Continuously stay updated on advancements in AI (Artificial Intelligence) and explore opportunities to implement AI-driven tools to enhance the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a remote working environment.
Proven expertise in conducting Boolean Search Strings and using Social Media Outreach for candidate sourcing.
Experience in grading applications/resumes to evaluate candidate quality and alignment with job requirements.
Strong organizational skills with proficiency in project management software, such as Monday and Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for candidate and client interactions.
Direct experience in communicating with candidates and customers/clients.
Highly proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
Strong interest and curiosity about advancements in AI, with a proactive approach to implementing AI solutions for streamlining the hiring process.
